Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TwinBasis AI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TwinBasis AI provides an AI-powered guest communication and property management automation platform for short-term rental operators and property managers. The Service automates responses to guest inquiries via channels including WhatsApp, SMS, and email using artificial intelligence.

3. Early Access

The Service is currently in early access. Features, pricing, and availability may change. Submitting an Early Access request does not guarantee access to the platform.

4. Data Processing

When you use the Service, TwinBasis AI acts as a data processor on your behalf. You, as the property manager, are the data controller for any personal data belonging to your guests that is processed through the Service. By using the Service, you warrant that:

• You have a lawful basis to share guest data with TwinBasis AI for processing
• You have informed your guests that their communications may be handled by an AI system
• You will comply with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR where applicable

A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) governing the processor relationship is available upon request at privacy@twinbasis.com.

5. AI Processing

The Service uses automated artificial intelligence systems to read, classify, and respond to guest messages on your behalf. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated responses are automated and may not be perfect
• You remain responsible for all communications sent to your guests via the Service
• You can review, override, or disable automated responses at any time from your dashboard

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit spam or unsolicited communications
• Process sensitive personal data without appropriate safeguards
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of the platform

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology on this website are the property of TwinBasis AI. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwinBasis AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any damages arising from AI-generated responses sent to your guests.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will continue until the end of the current billing period. Your data will be available for export for 30 days after cancellation, after which it will be deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
