TwinBasis uses a confidence scoring system. When the AI is uncertain, it creates a draft for your review rather than sending automatically. You can also run in Assisted mode where every response requires your approval before it reaches the guest. If a response is wrong, you reject it — the guest never sees the draft.

Yes. Both Airbnb and Booking.com are supported channels. You connect them using your own API credentials, which keeps you in full control of the integration.
